PDST Technology in Education manages and participates in some innovative educational projects which illustrate good practice in the integrated use of ICT in learning and teaching.

Living Schools Lab
The Living Schools Lab project is a 2-year project (Oct 2012-Oct 2014) that aims to explore and disseminate good practice in terms of whole school approaches to ICT in teaching and learning through a living "network" of schools.
FIS Small Logo
FÍS
FÍS (literally translated as 'Vision') is an initiative designed to introduce the medium of film as a support to the Primary School Curriculum (Curaclam na Bunscoile). Teachers and children are encouraged to make a short film, documentary or animation and to enter it in the annual FÍS Film Festival. A comprehensive resource pack of lesson plans and technical manuals are available to assist teachers wishing to get involved with their classes.
